Justin Timberlake is facing legal trouble in New York.
The "Mirrors" singer was arrested in Long Island late June 17 and is currently still in custody, a Sag Harbor Village PD spokesperson—who did not share the specific charges Timberlake is facing—confirmed to NBC News.
According to a Sag Harbor Justice Court spokesperson, Timberlake—who shares kids Silas, 9, and Phineas, 3, with wife Jessica Biel—will be arraigned this morning in justice court on at least one DWI charge.
"He was at dinner with friends last night," a source with knowledge of the situation tells E! News. "As he left the restaurant, there was a patrol car seemingly stationed near the restaurant. He was stopped and, was arrested. Nobody was hurt."
The Friends With Benefits actor is in the middle of his sold out Forget Tomorrow World Tour and is still scheduled to hit the stage in Chicago on June 21.
E! News has reached out to Timberlake's rep for comment.
The 43-year-old's arrest comes just two days after he celebrated Father's Day with a sweet message to his sons.
"My 2 greatest gifts," he wrote on Instagram June 16. "I learn more about myself everyday just because you both chose me to be your Daddy."
"I will always be there for you through your peaks and valleys," he continued, "to lift you up and show you how high you can take this life and to pick you up when you fall. And, of course, to flood you with insufferable Dad-jokes all along the way. I love you both so much. Thank you for giving me my biggest purpose."
Biel, who tied the knot with Timberlake in October 2012, also gave a shoutout to her husband on the special day.
"You're so many things to so many people. But to us you are THE ROCK," she wrote in a Father's Day note posted to Instagram. "The rock we climb on, we lean against. The rock that shades us from the sun."
"And when we recline on you," she added, "as we always do, hopefully our butts will keep you eternally grounded and warm. We LOVE YOU."
